APPLICATION FOR BANNER PERMIT:
Any person desiring a permit for a sign or banner, for which a permit will be required under this Article, and article C. Of the Rutland Vermont municipal code. Must submit to the Director a application in writing for such sign or vinyl banner permit or other sign-related decision. Then the Director shall prepare a sign and banner permit application form to any person upon request. The same type of form shall be used for both the application process and the decision thereon. One form may be used for multiple vinyl custom banners on the same site. A full color banner permit application is complete when it is accompanied by the application fee, in an amount which has been set by resolution of the Rutland Vermont City Council, and shall provide the following information:
1. Name and telephone number of the sign permit applicant and, if applicable, the name, and telephone number, if any, of the banner contractor;
2. Address, residential zoning district, and use of the Pvt. property where the vinyl banner is proposed to be on display;
3. Accurate and scaled evaluation plan showing the proposed location of property lines, landscaped areas and wires, and proposed signs on the site;
