UNLAWFUL SIGNS AND BANNERS
(1) It is not lawful for any person or corporation to erect enlarge, alter, repair, move, remove, convert, demolish or maintain any banner or sign or structure in the City of Essex Vermont or cause or the same to be done, contrary to any of the provisions of the municipal code.
