This chapter herein will provide minimum standards to protect life, safety and property as well as to promote the public welfare by regulating the size and maintenance of all signs and sign/banner structures within the public view Of the City of Burlington Vermont. Applicability.
4. The following chapter will not be applicable to the signs mentioned below:
