(A.) Area of banners. The area of a Banner must be determined by the measurement in feet of the smallest dimension of the rectangle for within which a banner face can be enclosed. The total area of a banner sign shall be the total of the square footage of all banner faces. Only a single side of a double-faced banner shall be considered for determining banner area provided that the sides are of essentially the same.
