Rocket Banner offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all its premium banners. All other banners carry a workmanship only guarantee. Our guarantee applies only to artwork generated by our online designer and does not cover any artwork uploaded by the client.
To invoke your satisfaction guarantee inspect your banner immediately upon delivery. If you have issues with the banner please notify us immediately by downloading our online claim form and e mailing it to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
To protect our clients further we also provide a workmanship guarantee on all our banners. Our workmanship guarantee warrants your banner for 30 days from date of purchase against any workmanship issues such as improper grommeting, ripped or torn banner material, etc. Our workmanship guaranteed does not cover color mismatches.
Improper banner installation or storage will void your warranty.
